Brief History

A love of wine and hospitality in equal measure: Varinder and Anita, owners of Copia Vineyards and Winery, produce elegant Rhône and Bordeaux varietal wines. He from an engineering background and she from the world of fine dining restaurants, together they came to Paso Robles to make wine from the ground up, one small lot at a time. Copia’s world-class Willow Creek and Adelaida estates offer stunning views of the rolling hills of Paso Robles’ Westside. At Copia, you are invited to experience the story of two explorers who go "all-in" on life, enjoy the wines that they craft and hear about the land that continues to inspire them. Curated tasting experiences and private tours are available.

Copia Walking Tour and Culinary Provisions

An extraodinary 90-minute immersive experience led by a Wine Educator begins with a greeting wine and a walk through our estate grounds. Sip a selection of award-winning wines along the way, including a future release barrel taste, while you tour our production areas. You'll take a deep dive into the story of Copia, our vineyards, sustainability and biodiversity efforts, harvest and winemaking philosophy. The tour culminates with a seated cellar experience alongside local culinary provisions to enjoy with a flight of wines.

Copia Wine Club

The Copia Vineyards Club Family is the only way to have first access to our new releases and several special offers throughout the year. Membership is complementary, includes up to a 20% discount on all wines, complimentary tastings at our tasting room and lounge, priority access for two at our annual release party and special rates at the modern and elegant Copia Vineyards Guest House located on the Willow Creek vineyard property.

Members will also have a dedicated club manager to assist throughout the year with purchases or any special requests.
